• If group is more than 08 persons than Extra vehicle will be used at an Additional cost for vehicle.
• All travelers (including child) must carry: Original ID Address proof (PAN card not valid), child school ID card, 04 to 08 Copy Passport size photos, 02 photocopy of ID- mandatory requirement for inner line permit (ILP)
• Gangtok (Sikkim) local traffic rules 7.30 AM to 7.30 PM -(No Entry for outside vehicles). All transfer will provide from stand to stand. From stand to hotel and to stand traveler has to take local taxi directly on spot, which is very easy available at the stand and taxi fare will refunded to tourist by the hotel.
• Hotel check in as per hotel check in policy. In general Sikkim Darjeeling maximum hotels check in time & Check out time is 1200hrs/Noon.
• Early check in subject to availability of rooms.
• Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items before you leave the vehicle or check out from hotel.
• We are not responsible or liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.
• Check on-line all hotels used in the tour before confirming. Please carry the print out of confirmation email.
• Especial vacations is not responsible / liable in any manners for sightseeing missed due to Bad weather / road blockage/ riot / political disturbance / local issues.
• Any sightseeing / excursion / tour missed due to bad weather condition/road block/any uncertain calamities, no cash will refund / adjust in any manners.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc has to be borne by the client and has to be paid by cash on the spot.
