Your Day-by-Day Itinerary
DAY – 01: BAGDOGRA -PHUENTSHOELING
You will arrive in Bagdogra. One of the representatives of our company will receive in Bagdogra Airport. After meeting and greeting we will make you to transfer Phuentsholing via Doars. You will come across of many beautiful tea bushes and the jungle of Gorumara. Check into hotel and rest for the day. In evening leisure walk around Phuentsholing and Jaigaon local markets. Bargaining in Jaigaon local market can be done. ONS followed by dinner at hotel or outside restaurants.
DAY 02: PHUENTSHOLING – THIMPHU
After breakfast move for Thimphu the capital town of Bhutan through lustrous valleys and mountains. Its elevation is an elevation of 2,250 mts. Check into Hotel.
DAY 03: THIMPHU LOCAL SIGHTSEEING–
After breakfast move for the local points; memorial chorten built in the memory of the third king His majesty king JigmeDorjiWangchuk by his queen mother AshiPhuntshoChodenWangchuk,TashichoDzong the main secretariat building and the central monk body. SemthokhaDzong, the oldest fortress of the kingdom and now it is the houses of the school for the Buddhist studies. After lunch visit National institute for zorigchusum; students are taught painting, calligraphy, embroidery, wood carving, sculpture etc…… National Textile museum one of the most visible traditional crafts and a distinctly Bhutanese art form. National Library and Heritage Museum and after completing move to Hotel and night stay in same place. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
DAY 04: THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA
After breakfast drive to north to Thimphu Valley. It is of 4hrs travelling distance. On the way you will be stopped to explore the highest pass i.e Dochula Pass. There are108 chortens called Druk Wangyel Chorten with colorful prayer flags surrounding the area. Move ahead for Punakha valley. Check into hotel. After lunch visit Punakha Dzong, the palace of great happiness. The war materials captured during the Tibetian Invasion can be found in the dzong. Chhimmi Lhakang, famous for its fertility. Wangdephodrang Dzong, was founded by zhabdrung in 1639. Stay back in Punakha.Overnight stay.
DAY 05: PUNAKHA TO PARO
After breakfast drive to Paro. It is 4hrs-5hrs journey from Punakha. On the way visit Thimsing Lhakhang, one of the oldest monasteries of a place. Move ahead to Paro. Check into hotel and rest for the day. ONS
DAY 06: PARO- LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Visit Kyichu lhakhang-it is said that kyichu lhakhang and tamnaw lakhang was built on the same day at left foot and left knee of Himalayas to subdue the ogress that lay across the Himalayas. It is the Bumthang. But Ashi kezang Chorden wangchuk built the second temple; it has same as kyichu lhakhang in paro. Inside this courtyard you will see the orange tree, and if you blessed with orange accidentally then your desires will be fulfill, but you will not allow plucking the fruits. It’s regarded as sin. Ta- dzong-now known as the National Museum and it holds the fascinating relics art and religious. Ringpung dzong- The administrative office, and Paro chhu – You can enjoy the river bed of Himalayas.Evening, free at leisure to visit the local bazaar. ONS Paro
DAY 07:EXCURSION TO CHELELA PASS
After breakfast, move to Chilayla Pass. This is a travel of 4hrs-5 hrs to and fro. This is in a height of 13000mts. It passes through the forest of alpine. This also shares as a highest pass between Haa Valley and Tibet. You can view the panoramic sight of the Himalayas and the Haa Valley. You can hike this pass. Come back to Paro and overnight stay
DAY – 08: PARO TO PHUENTSHOLING
After breakfast drive to Phuentsholing through mountains and valley of Bhutan.Check into Hotel.Over Night Stay at Phuentsholing.
DAY 09: PHUENTSHOLING TO LATAGURI(GORUMARA NATIONAL PARK)
After breakfast drive to Lataguri. It is 2hrs-3hrs journey. The National Park issues entry passes in Lataguri itself. The beautiful scenery is best enjoyed if you hire a tour guide with a jeep to avoid the walking and the fatigue. Check into hotel and in afternoon you can visit the watch tower point and jeepsy safari. In the evening you can enjoy the local tribal dance of a place. ONS.
DAY 10: DEPRATURE
Today is the farewell day of your magnificent tour so do spare few minute of your valuable time and write to tell us how much you enjoyed the tour. Today with many wonderful memories drop at Bagdogra airport for Delhi or Onward Destination

- Clothes:From May to September, cotton clothes are sufficient, plus a woolen sweater or light jacket. From November to the end of April, however, you will need very warm clothes. Comfortable sports shoes are also recommended. Mountain boots are not necessary unless you are trekking.
- Food:Bhutanese delicacies are rich with spicy chillies and cheese but are normally tempered to the taste of the visitors. All our selected hotels and lodges offer delicious Indian, Chinese, Continental and Bhutanese cuisine. Hotels normally serve a mixture of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items on buffet style however pure vegetarian meals also served on request and prior information.
- Route Permit It is required for those travelling beyond Dochula pass, in central and western Bhutan.. The Route Permit is processed & issued in Thimphu, only after arrival in Bhutan and on producing Entry Permit which travelers obtain on arrival. Two copies of passport size photos required while processing Route Permit. Also this permit can be processed only during working days (Mon-Fri) and applications are accepted from 9-11 a.m and permit granted on same day from 3-5 p.m in summer and 3-.4 p.m in winter.
- Bhutan is non-smoking country however visitors can smoke at private places only. You can take along 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250g of tobacco,1 litre bottle of spirits &250ml of eau de toilette
- Opening & Closing of Places of Tourist InterestThere are certain places which are closed on weekends and other days. These places are Ta Dzong – Paro (national museum) and Ta Dzong – Trongsa (museum) : closed on Sun & Mon (now opened all days except govt holiday until further notice) , National Library – Thimphu : closed on Sat, Sun & Government Holidays, Folk Heritage Museum – Thimphu : closed on Government Holidays and on Sat open from 10.30 a.m to 1.00 p.m and on Sun open from 11.30 a.m to 3.00 p.m Textile Musuem – Thimphu : Closed on Government Holidays and on Sun and on Sat open from 9.00 a.m to 4 p.m, Institute of Zorig Chusum (Arts & Crafts School) – Thimphu : Closed on Sun & Government Holidays and on Sat open from 10 a.m to 12 o’clock, -Institute of Traditional Medicine – Thimphu : Closed on Sat, Sun &Government Holidays

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before 45 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to INR 3000 per person;
Cancellations between 44 days to 30 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
Cancellations between 29 days to 20 days before start date, 75% of tour cost would be charged as retention;
Cancellations made within 19 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention;
Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds;
