Your Day-by-Day Itinerary

DAY 01: GUWAHATI – SHILLONG

Meet and assist by our representative at the airport & transfer to Shillong, called ‘Scotland of the East’. En-route visit Barapani Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Have lunch after that visit Don Bosco Monument, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. Evening is free for personal activities. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

DAY 02: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE

After having breakfast transfer to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world. En-route visit Shillong Peak and Elephanta Falls. Explore Mawsmai Cave and the waterfalls of Cherrapunjee. Overnight stay will be at Cherrapunjee.

DAY 03: CHERRAPUNJEE – MAWLYNNONG – SHILLONG

Have breakfast and then transfer to Mawlynnong village, voted as Asia’s cleanest village. Visit Sky View, which is a viewing platform built close to 60 feet up in the air on the branches of the highest tree in the forest. Also, visit the natural phenomenon, a living root bridge, which is 500 years old. Evening return to Shillong & overnight stay will be at Shillong.

DAY 04: SHILLONG – TEZPUR

After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Tezpur. Check in at the hotel and have lunch, after that visit Cole Park. Overnight stay at will be at Tezpur.

DAY 05: TEZPUR – BOMDILA

After having breakfast start you ride for Bomdila. Overnight stay will be at Bomdila

DAY 06: BOMDILA – TAWANG

After having breakfast, visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), Bomdila View Point. After that start your ride for Tawang. En-route, have a visit of the Sela Pass (13,700 ft). Evening is free & overnight stay at Tawang.

DAY 07: TAWANG SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast start the day with Tawang sightseeing, covering Tawang Monastery, Namgye Lhaste, Pankang Teng Tso Lake (PT Tso Lake), Gorsham Chorten, Gontse Garden, Singar Ani Gompa. Evening return to the hotel & overnight stay will be at Tawang.

DAY 08: TAWANG – DIRANG

After breakfast transfer to Dirang. Visit the Apple and Kiwi Orchards, the Hot Springs, National Yak Research Centre, etc. Evening free time & overnight stay will be at Dirang.

DAY 09: DIRANG – BHALUKPONG

After breakfast transfer to Bhalukpong. On the way, visit the Orchidarium at Tippi, which houses about 300 species of orchids. Enjoy the scenic beauty, exotic waterfalls and the evergreen forests along the banks of river Kameng. Overnight stay will be at Bhalukpong.

DAY 10: BHALUKPONG – GUWAHATI

Today is the farewell day of your magnificent tour so do spare few minute of your valuable time and write to tell us how much you enjoyed the tour. Today with many wonderful memories drop airport for Delhi or Onward Destination
